OH MY... DOG !

I REALLY DON'T KNW IF THIS IS GOOD NEWS OR NT BUTTTTT.......... IT'S MIKO!!

Mommy came bck frm her grandparents house tht day & TA-DA ! SHE BROUGHT SOMETHING BCK WITH HER!! I'm nt really sure wht's going on but i'll let mommy do the explaining .

It all happened when my mom gt a photo frm her friend . It was a picture of a Japanese Spitz . My mom really like tht dog alot . She says it's cute, well-behaved & beautiful .

Thn, mom's friend told her tht Miko, the Japanese Spitz, had to find someone to adopt her as her owner could nt afford to give her the attention she needs because of some family problems tht caused them to neglect the dog. Still, Miko was their princess & they were looking for a family who really loves her and will be willing to take her in .

Because of the inconvenience as the family could nt take care of Miko anymore, thus Miko was brought over to her owner's sister's house . Much to our surprise, Miko was being fostered at where our grandparents live ! & it was even in the same block , same level !

2 days ago which was a Sunday, we visited our grandparents as well as Miko. Miko had a schnauzer friend named Button in tht house where she was being fostered .

So, we decided to bring Miko home after all . Whn Angel saw Miko, she was totally shocked ! She started sniffing her out and chasing her around but Miko didn't really like it . She was new & frightened . She kept baring her teeth at Angel & even growled at her .

Angel was so happy , or rather puzzled, tht she couldn't finish her dinner. Greedy little Miko thn rushed into the kitchen & ate her dinner up !

Miko got her tail down at first , but later walked confidenly with her tail curled over her back.

Both went to sleep after that . Angel slept with me on the bed while Miko slept with my sis on her bed .
Angel wasn't comfortable with a new creature in our house and couldn't get to slp. She kept pacing up and down on my bed and would nw & then stare at Miko while Miko sleeps. Oh, and before tht , Zacky & Jelly (the rabbits) were freaked out . They got frantic and ran everywhere.
I guessed Angel didn't close her eyes the whole night .

The next day, my maid, sis , and I , brought Angel & Miko to the park early in the morning while we sent my sis to school as well , hoping they would get along better. However, Angel went crazy and kept barking and chasing Miko . Upon reaching the park, Angel calmed down and both of them walked side by side together.

Miko has a strong personality. I would say tht she is a little dominant. Must be the pampering from her previous owner .
When Angel was on the bench 1st, she would nt do anything. However, if Miko was placed on the bench 1st , she would growl at Angel if Angel goes near or if she's on the bench. She would show dominance over her food as well. If anyone tried to touch her or her food bowl, she would growl.

At home, it was totally chaos. We gave both of them their baths, with Angel going first. Just like Angel, Miko went insane after her bath and became very active. She leaped around & her fur flew everywhere. Next, she showed her dominance towards Angel , like she was the pack leader between her and Angel . She would go to Angel and growl at her . Angel would then back off. The worst part was whn she chased, growl and wanted to snap at Angel yesterday.

Angel fell asleep while I blew dry her hair with a hair dryer xD

My poor little Angel, didn't dare to follow me in the house anymore :( she would just hide in a corner, in fear of Miko . Miko was very people-friendly though. She greeted anyone and never bites humans .

Today, it was much better. Miko didn't really growl at Angel anymore. We showed Miko the cane whenever she tried to growl at Angel. We did nt use the cane to hit her though . When she sees the cane, she would bck off and hide under my mom's table . Angel started following me around too :) Just tht if Miko is there, she would stop .

Just like yesterday, we brought both of them to the park in the morning.

This is a picture of my brother and Miko . They're quite close :) Miko loves getting hugs from him .

Angel was quite happy to be outside with Miko . She would try to play with Miko but Miko would just ignore her because Miko wasn't the playful type.

After an hour or so, we went bck home & the pooches had their paws washed .
Just like always, Angel would get her whole head wet becos she likes putting her head under the tap.

The funniest thing happened just now when Miko tried to hump Angel ! Angel was on the sofa with me , and Miko kept sniffing her and making soft whinings. I thought Miko wanted to befriend Angel so I placed Angel on the floor. Never did I expected Miko to start humping Angel ! Angel didn't knw wht was going on and just let Miko humped her for 5 secs or so . Thn , Angel wanted to get away but Miko didn't want to let her go so Angel got angry and they almost broke out into a fight .

Angel is still quite fearful of Miko .. She tries to avoid Miko but Miko wants to be her friend as she wags her tail and walks towards Angel .Is there any ways to make their relationship closer ? :(

Also, Miko is the same age as Angel , 2 yrs old (according to her owner) . I haven't gotten her certs yet but i'll be getting them soon and i'll then knw when's Miko's birthday .

&& , because Miko is now part of our family , Miko would officially share this blog with Angel ! ^^

I have already done the Honest Scrap in one of my previous post so i'll just continue with the Kreativ Blogger Award ^.^
I'm supposed to list 7 things about myself that's interesting and pass on to another 7.


Here goes ~

1) I love the taste of doggie toothpaste but I hate having my teethies brushed.

2) I disliked rawhides.

3) I am always scratching. Been doing tht since young :O (mommy doesn't knw why either. I have no fleas or whtever. mommy says to my nxt vet visit, she will ask the vet)

4) I snore loudly sometimes when I'm in a deeeep sleep (hehes, this gets mommy irritated when she's trying to sleep :P )

5) I loveee playing with my poop :D I would bring it all over the house in my mouth and chew on it (Sounds gross doesn't it?)

6) I am toilet-trained. However, when nobody is at home, or if in the middle of the night, when all are asleep, I do my business in the kitchen =x I don't knw abt this but it has become a habit.

(Mommy retrained and retrained me but I would only do my business in the proper place when there are people around)

7) Recently, I had been so attached to mommy. Since young I always followed her around the house. But that's normal. The thing is, now, whenever she is on the chair using the computer or having dinner, I would start whining and growling.
Then, when she is using the computer I would squeeze in between the computer table and the wall and start growling.

Look at this : (This is wht I do whenever mommy is using the computer)

2 New Friends!

Hey guys ! Mommy brought me to meet her friend's dogs the other day !
Mommy's friend had a mini poodle named brownie & a schnauzer named Jager. They were very friendly pupps!
Jager was older and he's male . Brownie is around 1yr of age and she's female :]
He couldn't handle 2 dogs as there's only 1 harness and it's too big for Brownie so we met 1 at a time !

I met Brownie 1st. She's a very intelligent little girl !

We were placed on a table becos I am more calmed on the table with another dog. But If I'm on the floor , sometimes i go nuts so the humans wanted us to get used to each other 1st before playing rough :D

So we rched the park and somehow it's probably becos it's a familiar place whr I always meet other doggies so I turned totally nuts and started barking non-stop at Jager! Jager tolerated at first, but later he became soooooooooo mean ! Well, Jager gave me a huge snap and OK, I got the hint so I shut myself up.

We met a few other doggies there but mommy didn't manage to snap any pictures of other dogs as our leashes were all tangled up!


We rested awhile at the shelter. Hehes, that silly Jager, lying on the ground when there's a cooling bench.

Oops , I think he heard me.

It was time to say bye-bye to Jager after the long walk :( Hope to see the 2 of them again next time !! ^^

Zacky & I



This is Jelly, Zacky's younger brother. Nt frm same parents though. But they nvr fought at all. Mommy's sis got Zacky when Mommy got me so we're around the same age. Jelly came around 7 mths later :) Nw they've both grown up, Jelly became very protective of his older brother.



Hehs, I'm looking at a fatty who kept eating non-stop.
